Many Order's are Preorders (You Preorder then We begin Manufacturing, Import, and then Ship)
One of Rumble’s greatest strengths is also the source of much frustration for customers. Please bear with an explanation. Rumble Motors is more innovative and original than any competitor. RJ Khademi is an artist determined to perfect product. Every time Rumble manufacturers a batch of bikes, we make dozens of improvements, many mid production. We listen to feedback and respond with action. Unfortunately, this often results in delays in product delivery. It also sometimes results in seemingly good ideas that end up having unintended consequences.
Rumblers, please understand that Rumble is a very small team with only boot strap funding, the batches of bikes we manufacture are predominantly funded my customer pre orders. When you order a Rumble, you are investing in the process of innovation and becoming members of our family.
Generally, if a bike is on Preorder, final delivery will occur 4-6 months after an order is placed.
